How are restaurants ranked?+
Every venue is ranked on objective amenities, never paid placement. We weight practical kit (high chairs, fast service), space and movement (stroller access, play area, spacious seating, outdoor seating), menu (kids menu, allergy-friendly options) and extras (birthday reservations, parking nearby).
Is KoboKid free to use?+
Yes, completely free. No account needed to browse, search, or save favorites (we keep them in your browser).
How do you keep recommendations unbiased?+
Every venue is scored from the same checklist. Restaurants cannot pay to rank higher. Sorting is by family-friendliness, then distance.
Where does the data come from?+
A mix of in-person checks, public sources, and tips from local families. Coordinates are validated and anything we can't verify is flagged before it appears.
Which cities do you cover?+
We cover Spain and we're expanding city by city. Use Near Me to leave your email if you'd like us in your area.
Can I suggest a restaurant?+
Yes, use the contact form or the Update listing button on any restaurant page.
For restaurants
How do I list my restaurant?+
Visit the For restaurants page and submit your venue. Free listings are reviewed by a human and go live within 3 business days.
Is the free listing really free?+
Yes, forever. No credit card, no trial, no hidden fees.
What's the difference between Free and Premium?+
Free gets you listed with basic info and tags. Premium puts you at the top of results in your city, adds a full-width card, extra photos, a Family pick badge, and quick actions (Maps, call, website, book).
Can I cancel Premium anytime?+
Yes. No setup fee, no annual lock-in. You go back to Free with everything you already had.
How do I update my listing (hours, photos, menu)?+
Click Update listing on your restaurant page. We review every change manually within 2 business days.
Do you accept paid reviews or sponsorships in rankings?+
No. Ranking is based only on objective amenities. Premium changes how your card looks, never how you're scored.
